We are looking for a highly committed and motivated individual as Regional Sales Manager
(m/f), with the goal of developing and expanding the regional distribution organization.
The right candidate will take advantage of the possibilities offered by the product portfolio, tapping into the available market potential. You would be responsible for market analysis, the successful acquisition of new customers, being a personal customer liaison to key customers, technical support, as well as for the submission of offers.
In addition to clearly defined strategies and goals you would be asked to develop and consistently implement solutions tailored to the needs of specific clients. You would be the qualified contact person - internally and externally - to report to the appropriate Country Manager Central & Eastern Europe and to take full responsibility for the turnover.
Knowledge / Experience requirements
The ideal candidate would have a completed degree (Beverage Industry, Wine Technology, Viticulture/Oenology or related fields), studies in business administration or similar training with oenological background, as well as lengthy experience in sales and distribution of highly estimable technical products.
Profound knowledge of Russian and English are absolutely necessary; proficiency in an eastern European foreign language is also desired.
To complete the profile, you should also demonstrate a high degree of self-initiative, dedication, and the strength and perseverance in bargaining and implementation
It is recommended that the candidate has a previous work experience in Russia and/ or ex USSR countries. The ideal candidate is located in Hungary (preferred location), Czech Republic, Slovakia or Slovenia.
